A Unique Program
Our unique, nature-rich location in Kitsilano with large play spaces both in and out, engaging learning materials, and experienced staff make every child’s day special. Staff members implement learning opportunities throughout the day in which children are encouraged to take part. In addition, whenever possible, budget constraints not withstanding, supplementary programs with qualified teachers may be offered (i.e. French, music, lessons in small groups, etc). Each child’s temperament, learning style and cultural background is taken into consideration when program planning.
A Day in the Life
| 8:00 - 10:00 am | Play based learning opportunities including art and cooking. Snack from Home & Tidy Up |

| 10:00 - 11:00 am | Outside - undercover in wet weather. Pee, Flush, Wash |
| 11:00 - 11:45 am | Group time - stories, songs, discussions etc. |
| 11:45 - 12:30 pm | Lunch Pee, Flush, Wash |
| 12:30 - 1:00 pm | Books on beds and story tapes. |
| 1:00 - 1:40 pm | Quiet time while sleepers get to sleep. |
| 1:40 - 2:10 pm | Books on beds, followed by drawing books and crayons. |
| 2:10 - 3:00 pm | Toys on beds and clean up. Afternoon Snack from Daycare |
| 3:00 - 4:00 pm | Teacher-led group programs including art, science, music and movement. |
| 4:00 - 5:00 pm | Outside and/or inside activities. Clean Up |
| 5:00 - 5:45 pm | Story time and preparation for home. |
